Road Noise:
Due to the location of the farm you will hear residual road traffic noise from the Devon Expressway.

Toilet situation:
We are currently building our toilet block, there is a fully functioning flush toilet onsite in the meadow but no washing facilities at present. Speak to Julie if you are desperate for a shower as you can use the main Manor house bathroom whilst we wait for the shower block to be built.
